Nigerians protesting police brutality by the now disbanded Sars police unit are struggling to raise funds for their cause.  Joseph Oyodele, a young protester in Lagos, expressed frustration, “I have tried all of the traditional ways to try to raise funds online in America.  People seem to distrust Nigerians for some reason.  Maybe I should try Craigslist next.”
