Texas has wooed billionaire Elon Musk. Long before his move to Austin, he was launching rockets out of Boca Chica, TX. Now, suddenly he is feeling the effect of Texas’ ban of any abortions after 6 weeks. Elon’s reaction (pieced together from several tweets): “Six weeks is a really too early. Very often I won’t even know if a mission needs to be aborted until several weeks after that mark. And people who help me do a scrub after 6 weeks can get sued for aiding and abetting an aborted mission?! There aren’t even exceptions for sabotage or other extenuating circumstances! Texas has a very business friendly climate, but is quite hostile to personal choice. Let’s see where this goes. Maybe I’ll have to move back to California.”
