There has been a dramatic increase in Chinese tourism in the US. Tourists are flocking to areas like Cape Canaveral, Boca Chica, Mar-a-Lago, and Washington DC. Strapped with the latest cameras, drones, and passports, these passionate tourists have been documenting their trips with tremendous enthusiasm. They take pictures, videos, and even create detailed schematics of the sites they they visit. Regularly stopped by security at the Kennedy Space Center, SpaceX’s Starbase, former President Trump’s estate, and the White House, they all seem genuinely confused and lost. Chinese embassy spokesperson, Liu Pengyu explains, “Asian drivers – am I right? Look, our countries need to focus on enhancing mutual trust, not dissecting every little intrusion, security breach, or cute, misguided balloon.”
